Since 2023, we’ve been wondering about how we present ourselves. 

 

Most of the time, we spend time doing R&D on raw ingredients. From farming agronomy, to processing technique, and to what best for the customers.

 

Sometimes we are a food service supplier to professional kitchens (read HORECA salesman). 

 

Sometimes we are an ingredients nerd (read food scientist). 

 

Sometimes, we are a farmers’ best friend (read we are all-in making farming a better job for the farmers). 

It’s been a journey shaped by chefs, community leaders, and farmers who together impart its stories, and terroir. 

 

We define ourselves as “Southern Thai Next-Gen Seasoning System”

 

• We process Pattani sea salt (a very far away place from Bangkok) to delicious salt flakes. 

• We also process a range of Satun peppercorns, to perfumery-level aromas (a very intensive work, but worthy). 

 

If you agree that nearly all seasoning ingredients sold in Thailand are either imported, or too boring to make you happy right off the meal, then you now know what we’re doing. 

 

TLDR; We want to inspire people to season food well, and make a tastier, happier meal.
